IPPN


IPPN (Invoicing Platform for Partners Network) is a service for companies that need to issue invoices on behalf of partners.




Available endpoints:

  • AddPartner - Allows you to create a partner and be able to create documents on behalf of this partner.

  • Get Partner Access Tokens - This method allows you to get the token of a partner that is in your partnership list. As you know, you need a token to be able to create documents for a company and to create a document on behalf of your partner is the same way.


Steps to be able to generate invoice on behalf of partners:

  • 1.The first step is to have an IPPN account. To get access, please, contact us;
  • 2.Add your partners to your account using the AddPartner method or our Interface Web Config -> IPPN -> PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
  • 3.As soon as partners accept, you can get the token and start to create documents in their accounts;

2. How does partner registration work? A: The company can register the Company Tax Id and name of each of its partners. Users will then receive an email from MagniFinance to set the password to access the platform so that they can consult their documents and export the SAF-T file. If the partner already has a MagniFinance account, he will receive an email to authorize the issuance of documents on behalf of his company.



3. Can I test the IPPN service to start invoicing on behalf of my partners? A: Yes. As same as the API service, MagniFinance provides a 30-day trial period for the IPPN service, so you can run all invoicing tests before starting in production.
